Corn and Bean Salsa

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
salt/pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
parsley

Boil and cool

2 jalapeƱos
1 -2 bell peppers
2 stalks celery
1 purple onion
1 jar pimentos
1 can gold and white corn drained
1 can pinto beans drained and rinsed
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed

Serve with tostito bowl chips.
